• SAP

• Operate and support the SAP S/4HANA system with focus on FICO (Finance & Controlling, tax, treasury).
• Ensure system availability, performance, and continuity in collaboration with the hosting partner.
• Act as system owner for finance-related modules, ensuring technical and functional stability.
• Act as subject matter expert for technical questions on financial reporting.
• Conduct hands-on configuration and implement minor enhancements in FICO independently.
• Translate business requirements into technical solutions in cooperation with key users.
• Create and maintain functional specifications for development when needed.
• Troubleshoot issues, analyze root causes, and implement effective solutions.
• Manage and document SAP change requests; coordinate testing and production release.
• Participate in SAP S/4HANA projects, upgrades, rollouts, and data migration activities.
• Maintain and monitor interfaces with third-party systems (e.g., banks, consolidation tools).
• Monitor data exchange processes (IDOCs, BAPIs, APIs) and perform regular system checks.

• Degree in IT, Business Informatics, or a related field.
• SAP FICO certification preferred; S/4HANA training is a plus.
• At least 5 years of experience in SAP, with strong focus on FICO.
• Hands-on experience in SAP S/4HANA, ideally in manufacturing or automotive sector.
• Ability to implement configuration changes independently, without external support.
• Good understanding of finance and controlling business processes.
• Experience with SAP system operations, including authorizations and data management.
• Basic BASIS knowledge is beneficial.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Independent, structured, and reliable working style.
• Excellent communication skills in Polish and English.
• Basic knowledge of SAP HCM and SuccessFactors is a plus, but not required.
