Following are the key requirements of a SAP Solution Manager Consultant:

1. Experience in Change Request Management (ChaRM) configuration. Should understand SAP Standard Process for Requirements, Request for Change, Normal Change, Urgent Change, Admin Change, Standard Change.
2. Understanding of Managed System Setup including physical transports of changes from the development environment into the productive environment.
3. Basic knowledge of delivery platform Focus Build.
4. Fluency in English.

Skills for other SolMan applications include:

1. CCLM,
2. IT Calendar,
3. Technical Monitoring,
4. Worksoft,
5. CTS+, cCTS,
6. Job Monitoring,
7. DVM,
8. ITSM – optional.

Nice to have:

1. Solution Documentation. Documentation skills for configuration, troubleshooting and ongoing maintenance.
2. Basics of SAP Fiori.
