Opportunity to play a key technical role in a worldwide SAP S/4HANA implementation, wielding genuine influence over the project and its complex processes.

As a SAP Solution Delivery Expert - WM & EWM, you will design and maintain SAP WM and EWM implementations and IBP solutions to deliver business value through projects.

This position will partner with SAP functional and technical teams and the Business Solution Owners team to deliver and continuously improve high standards of Warehouse Management solutions to our global business stakeholders.

Responsibilities:

1. Design and architect solutions for warehouse management, participating in requirement gathering, analysis, and recommending SAP EWM / WM solutions.
2. Estimate and plan solution delivery, ensuring a continuous flow of business value. Work customer-centricly, considering overall value, efforts, and speed proposition.
3. Commit and deliver business value through SAP EWM/WM solutions, covering blueprinting, designing, development, demos, reviews, testing, defect resolutions, and documentation.
4. Troubleshoot incidents in SAP EWM/WM area by analysis, debugging, SAP research, and timely implementation of solutions to avoid adverse business impact.
5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, designing, specifying, documenting, testing, and guiding SAP technical developers for custom object development.
6. Ensure high-quality, up-to-date solution documentation, knowledge base, and known error database (KEDB). Track and improve team knowledge for effective issue analysis and troubleshooting.
7. Drive problem management and continuous improvement, analyzing trends, automating processes, building reusable assets, and focusing on reducing monthly incident volumes.

Core Competencies:

1. In-depth knowledge of WM and EWM processes, SAP EWM configuration, integration, and change management experience.
2. Hands-on experience with large end-to-end implementations, SAP upgrades, cloud migrations, and S/4HANA conversions.
3. Experience as an SAP functional consultant, collaborating with technical teams, and troubleshooting live systems.
4. Familiarity with SAP best practices and industry standards.
5. Continuous learning mindset and commitment to professional development.
6. SAP certifications (desired but not mandatory).
