Your Contribution

  1. Planning of the specific service regarding customer expectations and developing and adapting the specific service if necessary.

  2. Design and implementation (with involvement of Service Delivery) based on all aspects of architecture, engineering, development, testing, deployment, and delivery following global standards and guidelines defined by EAM.

  3. Creation and maintenance of the specific service documentation (e.g., service description, service specification).

  4. Creation and completion of up-to-date service documentation required for the transition to operation.

  5. Enforcement of change processes of the technical content of a special project.

  6. Design, realize, and continuously optimize together with the Global Domain Owners/Global Process Owners on the business side, the MAHLE Standard processes/services.

  7. Evaluate specific change requests from the regional deployment teams (analysis regarding impact against template), prepare final decision together with the Global Domain owners (business).

  8. Monitor and support regional deployment teams.

  9. Responsible for the further development of the global SAP S4HANA Template including preparing the retrofit teams in the regions.

Your Experience & Qualifications

  1. At least 5 years of professional experience in this area.

  2. In-depth knowledge and excellent understanding of all business processes within Supply Chain in Procurement, Sales, or Outbound.

  3. Successfully completed degree in the field of computer science or comparable course of study.

  4. Fluency in English.

  5. Visionary view of Supply Chain Architectures at MAHLE.

  6. Deep knowledge of customizing and development skills, especially S/4.

  7. Good understanding of cross-functional aspects of customizing/development, interfaces, Cloud, and business processes.

  8. Good knowledge of IT infrastructure in the areas of hardware, databases, networks, and clients.

  9. Knowledge of project management and performance management (target-oriented).

  10. Ability to work in a team and under pressure, as well as excellent time management and conflict management skills.
