YOUR TEAM:

Join the GDC (Global Delivery Center) and become a part of the PBS (Package Based Services) department, a team of over 300 SAP specialists. We combine deep technological expertise with strategic business consulting, delivering innovative solutions to global enterprises, including Fortune 500 companies. YOUR TASKS:

• Design and implement SAP solutions tailored to the Public Sector, addressing the unique needs of government and public administration organizations;
• Act as a strategic advisor, supporting clients in their digital transformation journey with SAP Public Sector solutions;
• Ensure the integration of SAP systems into public administration processes, enhancing efficiency and compliance with regulatory frameworks;
• Support pre-sales activities, including preparing proposals, creating presentations, and contributing to solution demonstrations for prospective clients;
• Lead workshops to gather stakeholder requirements, create solution blueprints, and deliver high-quality documentation for complex public-sector challenges;
• Stay at the forefront of SAP advancements and Public Sector trends, providing innovative and future-proof solutions to clients;
• Collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams to deliver successful SAP implementations that support public service improvement and citizen engagement.

YOUR PROFILE:

• Extensive experience as an SAP Solution Architect or in a related role, with expertise in Public Sector solutions such as SAP PSM, SAP FM, or other relevant modules;
• Proven ability to design and deliver SAP solutions for public services, addressing processes like budgeting, grants management, case management, and regulatory compliance;
• Strong understanding of SAP S/4HANA and its applications in Public Sector environments, including integration with other systems;
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate public administration needs into effective SAP solutions;
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, ensuring clarity and alignment between technical teams and public-sector stakeholders;
• SAP certifications in relevant modules and experience in multi-stakeholder or international projects are a strong plus.

NICE TO HAVE:

• German language skills are considered a valuable asset.
