Your responsibilities

  • Support and develop SAP Solution Manager and SAP Basis areas, including user authorization management, role configuration, and profile setup,
  • Design and implement SAP security policies and conduct authorization audits,
  • Resolve 2nd and 3rd line support tickets related to SAP Basis, authorizations, and cross-application issues,
  • Diagnose technical problems, perform root cause analysis, and configure SAP systems to deliver effective solutions,
  • Design and optimize SAP security roles based on business requirements,
  • Collaborate with 1st-level support and other IT teams to ensure timely issue resolution,
  • Build strong client relationships by addressing support topics promptly and effectively,
  • Lead and execute minor projects and system changes tailored to specific customer needs,
  • Maintain comprehensive documentation of support issues, solutions, and project changes.

Our requirements

  • University degree (preferably in IT, Management, or Economics),
  • Experience with SAP Basis and BC-SEC module, including role and authorization object configuration,
  • Hands-on experience with SAP Solution Manager (e.g., ChaRM, monitoring, technical documentation),
  • Ability to design and implement SAP security policies with compliance and risk management in mind,
  • Experience conducting security audits and recommending improvements,
  • Familiarity with ticket management systems (e.g., ServiceNow),
  • Understanding of ITIL principles and managed service processes,
  • Strong command of English (German is a plus).
