You need to have:

• Understanding of security and authorization concepts in SAP systems (e.g., roles, profiles, authorizations, SU01, PFCG, SUIM)
• Experience working in commercial, production, or service companies
• Basic understanding of business processes such as accounting, sales, purchasing, and inventory management from a security perspective
• Analytical and problem-solving abilities to assess security requirements and implement appropriate access controls
• Attention to detail and accuracy in managing user roles and segregation of duties (SoD)
• Good communication skills to collaborate with functional and technical teams
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment
• Large experience in S/4HANA Fiori security
• Strong time management and organizational skills
• Ability to collaborate effectively with sales, technical, compliance, and audit teams
• Fluency in English (at least B1+ level), excellent verbal and written communication skills

Will be a plus:

• Experience or coursework in SAP ERP systems, particularly in SAP Security
• Knowledge of SAP GRC (Governance, Risk, and Compliance) solutions
• Experience with role design, SoD conflict analysis, and user provisioning
• Familiarity with authorization concepts in Fiori, SAP Cloud, and HANA environments
