As a SAP Security Administrator, youll be responsible for managing user access, ensuring compliance with security policies, and protecting sensitive data within our SAP environment. Collaborating with cross-functional teams, youll identify and mitigate potential security risks while contributing to the development and implementation of innovative solutions, tools, and processes to support our business.

Your responsibilities
- Define and develop SAP authorizations in accordance to Sonova’s security policies & procedures
- Engage in collaborative efforts with SAP Development and Functional teams to uphold Sonova's development policies and guidelines for security proofing custom programs
- Conduct SAP user maintenance and overall support tasks with a steadfast dedication to ensuring optimal security measures
- Maintain a strong focus on maximizing security in all tasks, placing a high priority on safeguarding the system and minimizing instances of Segregation of Duties concerns
Employer requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business or IT field
- 3+ years of SAP Security Design, Implementation and Administration experience with focus on SAP Authorizations
- Experience in global SAP environment
- Experience with Segregation of Duties resolution
- Experience of working with an audit team
