SAP SD Support Consultant

Your new company
Currently, we are looking for an SAP SD Support Consultant to join our Client’s global in-house team that is providing all levels of support for various locations.
Key responsibilities
- Managing projects, supporting implementations, improvements/modifications in the SAP SD module
- Diagnosing and resolving issues in SAP (SD area - support)
- Maintaining, expanding, and enhancing processes in SAP (SD area)
- Collaborating with external partners (supporting the company39s global branches)
What you39ll need to succeed
- Higher education (preferably in IT or related field)
- Experience in providing support regarding SAP SD (including system customizing, configurating, SAP debugging)
- Knowledge of processes related to SAP in the OTC (Order to Cash) environment (sales documents, billing documents, invoicing, foreign trade processing), scheduling agreements
- Knowledge of processes related to SAP in the SD environment: (incoming delivery processing, warehouse management, types of deliveries, proof of delivery process, packaging process, including handling unit management, packing instructions, types of shipments, determining the transportation planning point)
- Ability to combine business and technical needs in SAP SD
- Fluent English
- Interpersonal skills, organizational skills and attention to details
Optional:
- Experience with S4 Hana (implementation is planned for the next year)
- Experience in automotive industry
- Knowledge of EDI standards
