SAP SD/MM Consultant Miejsce pracy: Gdańsk Technologies we use Operating system Windows Your responsibilities Providing end-user support and resolving incidents within the SAP SD/MM area Escalating complex issues to expert teams when required Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify and implement effective solutions Troubleshooting and diagnosing functional issues, including configuration, business process, and master data errors Delivering regular training on SAP SD/MM standard functionalities and business processes to junior SAP team members Maintaining key user documentation within designated knowledge management repositories Collaborating with business stakeholders to gather and analyze enhancement requirements Developing and documenting functional and technical specifications for system enhancements Performing SAP SD/MM configuration and coordinating ABAP developments with technical teams Conducting unit testing and supporting user acceptance testing (UAT) Participating in SAP change management activities (CAB) to ensure alignment and effective communication across stakeholders Providing user training and supporting go-live and hypercare activities Collaborating with senior consultants on complex enhancements and project initiatives Our requirements Bachelor’s degree or equivalent Fluent in English, both written and spoken 2–5 years of consulting experience in SAP SD/MM Strong knowledge of SAP SD/MM configuration and related business processes Solid expertise in business process analysis, requirements gathering, and solution design Good understanding of the SAP data model, including SAP queries and custom report design Proficiency with SAP testing and data maintenance tools (LSMW, eCATT, MASS) Experience with IT service management methodologies (ITIL) Familiarity with change management tools and frameworks (SAP Solution Manager, JIRA) Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize multiple assignments Solution-oriented mindset with a focus on ownership and resolution Willingness to share knowledge, mentor junior team members, and support team development Openness to change, continuous learning, and willingness to travel Development opportunities we offer development budget external training intracompany training mentoring soft skills training substantive support from technological leaders technical knowledge exchange within the company What we offer A truly international working environment within a global Group.
