YOUR TEAM:

SAP SD is the department responsible for application service for customers mostly from the German area. We are supporting ECC and S4H system landscapes. Our customers are leading companies from different industries. Our tasks are non-repeatable and allow us to improve knowledge from different areas in Order to Cash processes according to the latest technologies.

YOUR TASKS:

• Work in the O2C Team (Order to Cash) and provide consulting support for international clients in the area of the SAP SD module;
• Analyze and resolve customer change requests and incidents;
• Suggest, prepare, and implement new solutions and functionalities;
• Create necessary project documentation for own solutions, business processes, and specifications for developers;
• Work with international teams.

YOUR PROFILE:

• At least 5 years of experience in SAP application customer support; or participation in implementation projects and active configuration of SAP SD;
• Knowledge of business processes in the area of sales and logistics;
• Fluent in English;
• Knowledge of one of the SAP SD or SAP CS modules and experience with SAP ECC or S/4 HANA;
• Knowledge of basic connections to other SAP modules like MM, WM, FI-CO;
• University degree;
• Open to new technologies and SAP solutions;
• Communicative German (as a plus).
