Job Title: SAP FI/CO Consultant (All Genders) Schaeffler is a dynamic global technology company and its success has been a result of its entrepreneurial spirit and long history of private ownership. Analyzing business requirements and designing SAP solutions within FI/CO modules, with a focus on Controlling (CO: Cost Center Accounting, Profit Center Accounting, Internal Orders, Product Costing, etc.) and Project System (PS: Project structuring, planning, settlement) Analyzing, understanding, optimizing and developing business functions and processes in coordination with HQ-IT and business departments to provide the best possible solution, including for cross-functional processes Supporting the IT Financial Management department in the daily administration, maintenance and optimization of the Apptio tool, including planning, billing, and reporting of IT costs Providing support and troubleshooting for SAP CO, PS and Apptio, while ensuring data quality and alignment between tools Preparing and maintaining documentation for functional and technical specifications, managing configuration settings and performing tests together with business departments Collaborating actively on our strategic projects and initiatives in Finance and Controlling area including future S4 operations during ongoing implementation Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Business Administration, Finance or related field Experience as a SAP FI/CO consultant with hands-on expertise in Controlling (CO) and Project System (PS) Good knowledge of customizing, data-structures (SAP ERP ECC 6.0 with New-GL) and processes in SAP modules FI / CO and of the integration with the logistic-modules Proficiency in SAP Project System Basic ABAP knowledge is an advantage Fluency in both Polish and English, with a minimum of B2 level proficiency Knowledge of German is a plus Be a part of a global company & international team with a diverse variety of backgrounds, skills and views As part of our IT team, you will actively shape the technology and solutions used by Schaeffler Get access to training platforms, internal & external trainings, supporting experts and the real-life challenges, where you will put all your skills in practice We work in a hybrid working model (or a fully remote in a special cases) with flexible working hours.
