• SAP

• Provide 1st and 2nd level support for SAP logistics modules and EDI systems,
• Perform necessary system adjustments and configuration updates,
• Support and train users to effectively utilize SAP functionalities,
• Define business requirements and contribute to continuous improvement of SAP implementation,
• Provide Level 1 support for IT infrastructure issues.

• Several years of experience as an Inhouse Consultant or Lead Key-User in SAP SD; additional functional knowledge in MM or PP is highly valued,
• Business process expertise covering manufacturing, supply chain, sales administration, and regulatory requirements,
• A solid understanding of business and the use of IT as a tool to improve business outcomes in the manufacturing industry,
• Ability to work closely with both business and technical teams,
• Solid understanding of cross-module integration between SD and FI/CO,
• First experiences in EDI (EDIFACT),
• Very good knowledge of spoken and written English.
