You will work on a project related to global B2B eCommerce platform used by retailers, sales representatives, and service partners to create sales and service orders. All orders are transferred to the SAP ERP backend system.
The platform offers a wide range of additional services and functionalities related to sales and service processes, including:
Sales order history
Product availability checks
Integrated content management
Service and repair management
The solution is currently live in 42 countries and used by approximately 60,000 users worldwide.
responsibilities :
Led global B2B portal rollouts tightly integrated with SAP ERP and S/4HANA, ensuring alignment with Sales & Distribution (SD) processes and business requirements
Managed S/4HANA migration activities impacting order management, pricing, customer master data, and sales workflows
Gathered business requirements from country organizations and translated them into system configurations and functional specifications within SAP SD and the B2B platform
Deployed and customized B2B portal functionalities supporting end-to-end Order-to-Cash processes, including sales order creation, availability checks, and order history
Provided operational and production support for SAP-connected B2B solutions, managing incidents and change requests in line with SLA and ITIL practices
Coordinated testing activities (functional, integration, user acceptance testing) to ensure seamless SAP system behavior across multiple countries
Maintained functional documentation, process flows, and training materials in Confluence, Mural, and JIRA
requirements-expected :
Experience in B2B sales/service processes, SAP SD focus; S/4HANA and basic ABAP understanding is a plus.
Strong communication skills (fluent English) in an international, multicultural team.
Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving and reliability.
Proven ability to lead complex, international projects (focus on SAP and S/4 migrations).
