For the ASPIRE project we are searching for a SAP SD & VISTEX solution architect with strong knowledge in these modules and also integration technologies. As this is a leading role the person needs to be able to work independently and has good stakeholder management & communication skills.
As a Lead Consultant in the Sales Price Management area, you will be part of an agile and highly skilled team working in an innovative, dynamic and fast-paced environment.
responsibilities :
Consulting of Sales Price Management processes which includes requirement analysis & refinement of user stories, solution design & architecture, solution implementation, implementation coordination of external consultants, creation of technical design documents, coordination of offshore developers, testing support and documentation.
Implementation of the Commercial Template Solution (ECC & S/4 and Vistex solution).
Support the global solution deployment which will be done by a deployment team.
Working in an SAFe environment.
Ensuring effective and appropriate mapping of business needs to technology. Ensuring that the solution fits the Roche end-to-end process design including systems and interfaces and to the strategic business objectives.
Supporting projects and initiatives in the area of Sales Price Management
Proactively identify, evaluate, and communicate ideas for process improvements

Deep SAP SD & Vistex Knowledge: Extensive experience and expertise in SAP SD & Vistex, platforms (ECC & SAP S/4HANA), and integration technologies.
Ability to integrate SAP solutions with other enterprise systems, and experience with middleware (e.g. Mulesoft) and data integration tools.
Proficient in designing scalable, reliable, and performant SAP system architectures.
Work closely with business stakeholders to gather and document requirements, ensuring alignment with business goals.
Oversee the implementation & configuration
Utilize industry best practices for SAP implementation and optimization.
Identify opportunities for system and process improvements to enhance overall efficiency and effectiveness.
Provide technical leadership and mentorship to development and implementation teams.
Collaborate with various stakeholders, including business leaders, IT teams, and external vendors.
Communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders, translating technical details into business terms.
Troubleshoot and identify technical issues and challenges related to SAP implementations.
Assess potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure project success.
Utilize strong analytical skills to assess business needs and translate them into effective SAP solutions.
Familiarity with agile project management practices (SAFe).
Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
