Amer Sports Global Business Services in Kraków, Poland, part of Amer Sports, owner of leading sports brands such as Salomon, Atomic, Wilson, Arcteryx, Peak Performance & others, is looking for an ambitious SAP Consultant, Supply Chain Management to join its Amer Sports Group IT. As a member of a team of IT professionals, you will support business users from companys offices and facilities in Europe, work on projects and system changes, implement new functionalities. The primary goal of this role is to take ownership of support activities and manage them independently or in collaboration with other Global SAP Teams.
responsibilities :
Managing SAP incidents and service requests at 2nd, or 3rd level support in the SCM area (LE, DT, MM) in ECC and partially in S4 systems.
Defining and coordinating support processes in the SAP area.
Training Business Key Users.
Maintaining and enhancing existing processes, working on change requests, and supporting implementation projects.
Suggesting solutions based on previous experience in system configuration and collaborating with ABAP developers, translating business requirements and processes into SAP functionalities and enhancements.
Maintaining tight and active communication with international SAP teams.
requirements-expected :
At least 3 years of SAP consulting experience.
Proven expertise in various logistic modules of SAP SCM (eg. MM, LE, DT, PP);
Fluent in English.
Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Computer Science) or equivalent.
Strong customer service orientation with the ability to work with business users and non-IT personnel.
Excellent communication skills to clearly convey ideas and collaborate with various stakeholders.
Ability to manage multiple priorities.
