• Lead and Coordinate Planning Processes – oversee and optimize Demand Planning, Supply Planning, Production Planning, and MRP to ensure efficient supply chain operations;
• Team Leadership & Stakeholder Management – act as a bridge between teams, aligning goals and fostering collaboration with the client to ensure smooth project execution;
• Solution Architecture & System Implementation – design and oversee high-level SAP solutions (APO, IBP, PPDS, S/4HANA), ensuring alignment with business needs and best practices;
• Cross-Functional Collaboration – coordinate with different teams that provide input to or receive output from the planning stream, ensuring seamless integration and communication;
• Progress Tracking & Issue Resolution – monitor project status, follow up on key tasks, and proactively address challenges to ensure timely and successful implementation.

The PBS Consulting department focuses on every functional aspect of the SAP environment. Our role is to support the current business processes of our clients, their development, and optimization by proposing innovations using the latest SAP solutions. We also help our clients in the transformation to S/4HANA and in the integration of satellite systems.
