Develop new planning and reporting solutions in SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC)
Provide SAC support to users for all company globally
Working on incidents, changes and service requests in Service Now
Ensure a smooth operation of SAP Analytics Cloud applications (reports, planning templates) for end users
Automating processes and continuous improvement initiatives in SAC
Working with Global & Business Process Owners in understanding their needs, identifying gap, improving the effectiveness continuously, prioritizing requirements and issues within the SAP FP&A processes
Responsible for the creation of quality solution documentation, including, Functional specifications
Support users with testing new solutions and preparing transports between SAC environments
Responsible for the Configuration / build of SAC solutions
Expert in SAP S/4HANA FP&A and integrated modules / products (SAP S/4HANA, SAP Fiori apps & reports, SAP MDG)
Participate in design discussions with client and lead design and process discussions (requirements gathering)
Detailing of the technical specifications required to deliver the functional requirements of the solution
Responsible for issue resolution post go-live and transition to support
requirements-expected :
In-depth experience of SAP Analytics Cloud system from both a technical and functional standpoint (min. 2-3 years of experience)
Able to develop new planning & reporting solutions in SAC (stories, data actions, models, master data objects)
Experience in providing support and guidance to end users (L2 support)
Experience in SAC administration (users access maintenance, new roles creation)
Knowledge of scripting that will allow to maintain and develop new SAC functionalities
