We are recruiting an R2R consultant to support us in this journey within our SAP Centre of Excellence team, with a main focus on BAU support - incident resolution and change implementation. The candidate will work alongside other experienced consultants in the R2R stream and cooperate closely with the Key Users community.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Manage Incident, Change, and Service Request stacks in line with agreed priorities and timelines.
2. Cooperate with other R2R stream members to achieve optimal stack management and backlog reduction.
3. Deliver exceptional service and solutions across SAP R2R (Tax, Accounting, Controlling).
4. Maintain consistent communication with users, business analysts, and IT teams.
5. Work with Business Process Owners and stakeholders to understand their needs, identify gaps, continuously improve effectiveness, prioritize requirements and issues within SAP R2R processes, and provide consultancy where needed.
6. Drive analysis of the impact of requested changes – request of change process.
7. Create quality solution documentation.
8. Be an expert in SAP S/4HANA R2R and integrated modules/products.
9. Detail the technical specifications required to deliver the functional requirements of the solution.

YOUR PROFILE:

1. In-depth experience with R2R systems from both a technical and functional standpoint.
2. Strong communication skills.
3. Ability to work independently and efficiently in a challenging environment with changing priorities.
4. Understanding of Level 2 and 3 support requirements.
5. Knowledge of ITIL processes.
6. Languages: English (required), German (desirable), Polish (desirable).
