Job Description:

We are looking for an SAP Project Manager who will manage migration from SAP ECC into S4/HANA.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Bachelors degree in a relevant field; PM certification is a plus.
• Knowledge of SAP S/4HANA modules and functionalities.
• Strong project management skills, with a track record of successful project delivery.
• Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills.
• Effective communication and negotiation abilities.
• Problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Familiarity with agile methodologies is advantageous.

Key Responsibilities:

Project Planning and Coordination:

• Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and resource allocation for SAP S/4HANA implementations.
• Coordinate project activities, ensuring effective communication and collaboration among SAP team members and stakeholders.

Project Execution:

• Lead the implementation of SAP S/4HANA solutions.
• Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
• Communicate project updates, milestones, and issues to stakeholders in a clear and timely manner.
• Provide leadership and direction to the project team, ensuring motivation, collaboration, and a high level of performance.
• Foster a positive and productive team environment.

Resource Management:

• Allocate resources effectively to meet project goals and timelines.
• Work with resource managers to ensure the availability of skilled resources for the project.

Budget Management:

• Monitor project expenses and ensure adherence to budgetary constraints.
• Provide accurate and timely financial reporting to relevant stakeholders.
• Identify, assess, and manage project risks.
• Develop and implement risk mitigation plans to address potential issues.
