• SAP

• Coordinate SAP S4 Hana implementation projects, including project planning, resource allocation, budgeting, and timeline management
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, deliverables, and success criteria
• Develop detailed project plans, including work breakdown structures, task dependencies, critical path and milestones, to ensure project progress and adherence to timelines
• Coordinate and lead project teams, including internal resources and external vendors, ensuring clear roles, responsibilities, and communication channels
• Monitor project progress, identify risks and issues, and develop mitigation strategies and contingency plans
• Facilitate meetings, workshops, and discussions to gather requirements, define business processes, and align project objectives with SAP functionalities
• Cooperation with 3rd parties in SAP system development
• Apply and promote the Group Code of Conduct internally as well as in supplier relations

• Experience in SAP S/4HANA implementation projects (at least one full implementation cycle)
• Understanding of SAP S/4HANA functionality, best practices, and its implementation methodology
• Project management skills encompassing scope management, scheduling, budgeting, and risk mitigation
• Strong leadership presence with the ability to inspire, motivate, and effectively manage a team in a remote environment
• Demonstrated ability to communicate clearly and concisely with diverse stakeholders at all levels
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on finding creative solutions
• Superior organizational and time management skills to maintain project focus and efficiency
• Proven ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment
• Masters Degree (SAP-related preferred)
• Fluent command in English

• Demonstrated ability to identify business process issues and drive process improvements
• Ability to work independently on multiple tasks and projects with various stakeholders (various cultures)
