About the project

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced SAP S/4HANA PM Consultant to join our client, a leading company in consulting and digital transformation. The ideal candidate will possess in-depth expertise in SAP S/4HANA Plant Maintenance (PM) processes, with strong business and IT acumen. This role requires hands-on consulting and implementation experience in complex corporate environments, ensuring seamless integration with adjacent SAP modules and intercompany processes.

•Budget: 210 PLN/net/h + VAT on B2B

•Project duration: Long-term

•Start date: ASAP

Your responsibilities

  • Design and implement SAP S/4HANA PM solutions aligned with business needs
  • Configure maintenance orders, notifications, technical locations, and cost allocations
  • Integrate SAP PM with Service Management (CS), MM, SD, CO, and FI
  • Develop and support IDocs, BAPIs, RFCs, and Web Services for seamless communication
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams for successful SAP S/4HANA implementations
  • Provide expertise on Fiori apps and user experience enhancements

Our requirements

•Bachelor"s or Master"s degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.

•In-depth knowledge of SAP S/4HANA Plant Maintenance (PM) processes from both business and IT perspectives

•Proven experience in consulting and implementing maintenance processes within large-scale corporate environments

•Strong understanding of process integration with adjacent SAP modules (MM, SD, FI, CO, PP, EAM)

•Expertise in SAP Service Management (CS) and SAP S/4HANA Service for service order processing

•Familiarity with intercompany processes, including house connections, construction cost subsidies, and billing processes

•Excellent communication skills to engage with stakeholders and end-users effectively

•SAP S/4HANA PM certification is a plus.

System and Process Knowledge:

•Expertise in SAP PM transactions, including but not limited to:

oMaintenance Orders: IW31, IW32, IW33, IW38

oNotification Management: QM01, IW21, IW22, IW23

oTechnical Locations & Equipment Master Data: IE01, IE02, IE03, IL01, IL02, IL03

oMaintenance Planning & Control: IP10, IP30, IP41, IP42, IP43

oFeedback & Cost Allocation: IW41, IW42, IW44, KB21N, KB23N

oSpare Parts Supply & MM Integration: MIGO, MB1A, MB1B, MB1C

oService Order Processing for house connections and construction cost subsidies

oCost Recording & CO Integration: KKA1, KOB1, KOB2

Customizing and Implementation:

•Strong understanding of SAP PM Customizing (SPRO).

•Configuration expertise in:

oNotification types, order types, status management.

oMaintenance strategies, planning types, cyclical maintenance.

oNotification and order workflows.

oTechnical locations, equipment, BOMs, classes & characteristics.

oPartner roles, notifications, and user-exit adjustments.

•Customization of PM integration with SAP Service Management (CS) and SAP S/4HANA Service.

•Experience with PM-specific Fiori apps and their configuration.

Interfaces and Integration:

•Strong technical knowledge in SAP interface communication for PM and service processes.

•Experience in implementing:

oIDocs (PMMATMAS, ORDERCONF, MATMAS, EQUIPMENT, SERVICEORDER)

oBAPIs (BAPI_ALM_ORDER_MAINTAIN, BAPI_EQUI_CREATE, BAPI_EQUI_CHANGE, BAPI_SERVICE_ORDER_CREATE)

oRFCs and Web Services for system communication

oUser Exits & BAdIs (IWO10009, IWO10018, IPRM0001, BADI_SD_SALES)

oPI/PO or CPI for external system connections (e.g., external service providers in-house connections)

Intercompany Processes & Service Integration:

•Expertise in intercompany processes within SAP PM and Service, including:

oHouse Connection Processes: Connection orders for energy suppliers, billing via service orders.

oConstruction Cost Subsidies: Automatic calculation and integration with CO and SD for invoicing.

oInternal Service Allocations: Combining PM and service orders.

oIntegration with SD for corporate service billing.

Project Methodology & Realization:

•Hands-on experience in end-to-end project lifecycle phases:

oDesign: Process analysis, fit-gap analysis, target concept.

oImplementation: Customizing, development, testing.

oRealization: Integration, go-live, hypercare.

•Familiarity with SAP Activate methodology for SAP S/4HANA implementations.
