Job Description

As a Lead Consultant in SAP Finance, you will lead a team of experts to provide customer support services for S/4 HANA systems in the FI/CO area. You will leverage deep expertise in SAP Finance modules, accounting principles, and the integration of functional and technical perspectives to investigate, analyze, and resolve system issues. Working closely with cross‑functional teams, you will ensure seamless incident resolution and drive continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Lead SAP consultants in Finance and Controlling within S/4 HANA support activities, including requirements analysis, issue resolution, and collaboration with functional teams.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to align on resolution options.
• Mentor and support junior consultants, providing training and leadership to enhance team competency and engagement.
• Proactively identify opportunities for system enhancements, cost optimization, and improved financial processes.
• Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of evolving SAP S/4 HANA functionalities, tools, and techniques, and share insights with clients and colleagues.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, or a related field (preferred).
• 6+ years of hands‑on experience with SAP Finance (FI), including S/4 HANA Finance.
• Experience in team leadership.
• In‑depth understanding of finance business processes (General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Asset Accounting, etc.).
• Knowledge of integration points with SAP Logistics, Procurement, and Sales modules to ensure a cohesive end‑to‑end solution.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills, with the ability to translate business requirements into sustainable solutions.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation abilities, with experience engaging stakeholders at all organizational levels.
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
