Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled SAP S/4HANA ABAP Developer (CDS & SAP Analytics Cloud) to design and deliver real-time analytical solutions within the S/4HANA ecosystem. The ideal candidate will have hands‑on experience in building ABAP Core Data Services (CDS) Views, customizing SAP Fiori analytical apps, and integrating SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) for enterprise reporting needs. This role requires close collaboration with functional and technical teams to ensure high‑performance, scalable, and user‑friendly analytics embedded directly in the S/4HANA system.

Main Responsibilities

• Design and develop ABAP CDS Views (Basic, Composite, and Consumption views) for real‑time analytical reporting in S/4HANA.
• Customize and extend SAP Fiori analytical apps, KPIs, and dashboards using SAP Business Application Studio or SAP Web IDE.
• Integrate SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) with S/4HANA to deliver advanced analytics and visualization capabilities.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, functional consultants, and data architects to understand reporting needs and translate them into effective technical solutions.
• Optimize performance of CDS views and queries by leveraging annotations, indexing strategies, and analytical privileges.
• Ensure semantic correctness, data consistency, and reusability of analytical artifacts across business functions.
• Create OData services, metadata extensions, and annotations to expose CDS views to Fiori and SAC.
• Implement SAP Smart Business KPIs, drill‑down reports, and embedded analytics tiles.
• Follow best practices for security, performance, and maintainability of embedded analytical solutions.
• Provide documentation, knowledge transfer, and end‑user support as needed.

Key Requirements

• Strong hands‑on experience in ABAP CDS View development and S/4HANA data modelling techniques.
• Experience with SAP Fiori Elements and Business Application Studio/Web IDE for app customization.
• Knowledge of OData Services, annotations, and consumption in analytical apps.
• Integration experience with SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) for reporting and dashboards.
• Proficiency in analytical query performance tuning, including use of view annotations and HANA optimisation techniques.
• Good understanding of S/4HANA data models, VDM (Virtual Data Model), and analytical architecture.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a cross‑functional team.

Nice to Have

• Familiarity with Smart Business Framework, KPI Modeler, and Fiori Launchpad customization.
• Basic understanding of SAP BW/4HANA and SAP DataSphere for hybrid analytics use cases.
• Knowledge of SAP UI5 and custom Fiori app development is a plus.
• Experience in transport management and lifecycle management of CDS/Fiori artefacts.
