• Develop and execute SAP S/4HANA migration strategies and plans
• Ensure high data quality by categorizing and assessing data for migration
• Lead data cleansing and transformation activities
• Design, coordinate, and manage data loading programs and tools
• Oversee migration cycles, including blackout and cutover phases
• Monitor data migration and proactively manage any risks
• Collaborate closely with clients in defining project scopes through workshops, design, and estimations

• At least 5 years of experience in the SAP ecosystem
• Strong expertise in ABAP Object-Oriented Programming (ABAP OO)
• Extensive experience with data migration, particularly through SAP Migration Cockpit
• Practical knowledge of the ETL process including data extraction, cleansing, and transformation
• Experience in at least one full-cycle S/4HANA migration (Greenfield type)
• Proven experience in collaborating with clients to define project scope and execution
• Fluent in English
