responsibilities :


  • Team management,
  • Technical support of the SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud applications and environments,
  • Technical monitoring of integrations,
  • Build and maintain custom applications on SAP BTP,
  • Configure, enhance and upgrade SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud applications,
  • Provide day-to-day support on various technical and infrastructure issues,
  • Handle tasks including problem resolution, request fulfillment, configuration changes, supporting production documenting, and implementation support,
  • Manage system configuration and user access/security in accordance to corporate guidelines and policies,
  • Create and deliver appropriate documentation, training and communication around feature(s) and process changes.

requirements-expected :


  • Previous experience in team management in international environment (the role requires high level agility and professional approach when dealing with multiple stakeholders and key internal clients from PwC global network),
  • 7+ years of working experience and practical knowledge of the technical support of the various SAP landscapes, preferable in cloud technologies,
  • Previous experience in SAP cloud-based solution would be an asset but not required; an intensive training and on-the-job practice will be offered to adjust the knowledge to the optimal level required for the job,
  • Experience in the BTP and all components,
  • Strong knowledge of cloud integrations, CPI preferable,
  • Experience in SAP security concepts,
  • Knowledge of API management tools,
  • Working experience with the following: XML web service, REST, SFTP, Java Script,
  • BADI and ABAP experience - preferably on SAP Cloud Platform,
  • Ability to quickly and effectively prioritize multiple requests,
  • Excellent communication skills (written /verbal) with emphasis on demonstrated ability to convey complex technical principles to non-technical audiences,
  • Proficiency in information analysis and synthesis focused on resolution of complex problems,
  • Ability to work independently, as well as part of a team, desire to interact with, and help end users,
  • University degree in Information Technology or related fields,
  • Fluent English skills.
