Responsibilities:

1. Coordinate minor and major SAP releases, managing stakeholder communication, timelines, and cut-over planning.
2. Plan, document, and communicate release dates and related content.
3. Ensure technical implementation of SAP solutions occurs on time and according to defined requirements.
4. Create regular reporting on IT requirements, changes, and implementations.
5. Prepare release communications for internal and external IT teams.
6. Analyse release processes and identify opportunities for optimisation and improvement.
7. Support IT departments with SAP Solution Manager 7.2 (especially ChaRM) in R/3 and S/4 environments.

Qualifications:

1. Experience with SAP Solution Manager 7.2, specifically ChaRM.
2. Background in SAP release and deployment management, preferably with SAP Basis.
3. Knowledge of process management and business processes.
4. Strong communication, conflict resolution, and moderation skills.
5. Ability to work under pressure and maintain high-quality standards.
6. ITIL certification and knowledge of agile methodology are a plus.
7. Fluent in English (B2); German skills are an advantage.
