About Our Client

With a focus on innovation, they are looking to enhance their SAP landscape to optimise business processes.

Job Description

• Coordinate minor and major SAP releases, managing stakeholder communication, timelines, and cut-over planning.
• Plan, document, and communicate release dates and related content.
• Ensure technical implementation of SAP solutions occurs on time and according to defined requirements.
• Create regular reporting on IT requirements, changes, and implementations.
• Prepare release communications for internal and external IT teams.
• Analyse release processes and identify opportunities for optimisation and improvement.
• Support IT departments with SAP Solution Manager 7.2 (especially ChaRM) in R/3 and S/4 environments.

The Successful Applicant

• Experience with SAP Solution Manager 7.2, specifically ChaRM.
• Background in SAP release and deployment management, preferably with SAP Basis.
• Knowledge of process management and business processes.
• Strong communication, conflict resolution, and moderation skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and maintain high-quality standards.
• ITIL certification and knowledge of agile methodology are a plus.
• Fluent in English (B2); German skills are an advantage.
