Requirements:

• Proven experience as SAP Consultant with strong focus on Flexible Real Estate Management (RE-FX) module
• Hands-on expertise in SAP S/4HANA RE-FX, including configuration, integration, and migration from legacy systems
• Skilled in integration of RE-FX with Finance (FI/CO), Controlling, Plant Maintenance (PM), and Investment Management
• Fluent English (B2) for written and spoken communication with international finance and real estate stakeholders
• Skilled in conducting workshops, fit-gap assessments, and requirements gathering sessions with business and IT teams
• Capable of translating business requirements into system design, functional specifications, and configuration documentation
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with ability to explain financial/real estate concepts to technical and non-technical audiences

Will be a plus:

• Experience in SAP RE-FX new asset accounting integration and lease liability recognition
• Knowledge of parallel valuation approaches, accrual/deferral processes, and lease modifications
• Practical experience with data migration tools for contracts and real estate objects (e.g., LSMW, LTMC, or Migration Cockpit)
• Basic ABAP debugging skills to analyze user exits, BAdIs, or enhancements in RE-FX processes
• Exposure to RISE with SAP, S/4HANA Central Finance, or SAP Analytics for lease reporting
