The ideal candidate will have a strong background in quality management processes, SAP configuration, and the ability to translate client requirements into effective system solutions.

Responsibilities:
Configure and Maintain SAP QM: Ensure the SAP QM module is properly configured and maintained to support quality management processes in the automotive industry
Business Process Analysis: Analyze and understand client quality management requirements and provide appropriate system solutions tailored to the automotive sector
System Integration: Integrate the QM module with other SAP modules to ensure seamless data flow and process efficiency
Quality Management Strategies: Develop and implement quality management strategies to enhance product quality and compliance within the automotive industry
End-User Support and Training: Provide technical support and training to end-users on SAP QM functionalities and best practices
Troubleshooting and Support: Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to the QM module
Documentation: Maintain comprehensive documentation of QM configurations, workflows, and processes
Continuous Improvement: Continually assess and recommend improvements to the system to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
Requirements:
- Experience: Proven experience with SAP QM module configuration and management, specifically within the automotive industry
- Strong understanding of quality management processes in the automotive sector
- Expertise in SAP QM configuration and customization
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Strong communication and documentation skills
- Certifications: SAP certification in QM or related modules is a plus
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with manufacturing and quality processes in the automotive industry
- Familiarity with integration of QM with other SAP modules like MM and SD
- Experience in conducting workshops and training sessions
