We are looking for a SAP Project Manager with French to join our client"s team working with a global leader in the energy sector and undertaking a strategic project to migrate to S4Hana. To support this initiative, we are seeking a SAP Project Manager based in Poland to serve as a key liaison between French delivery teams and the nearshore teams in Poland. This role is essential in ensuring seamless collaboration and synchronization between teams for a successful migration.

responsibilities :
1.Project Coordination:
Oversee and supervise all S4Hana migration activities in Poland.
Manage project planning, implementation, and monitoring for various phases in Poland.
Act as the main point of contact for daily communication between Polish nearshore teams and French delivery teams.
2.Team Management:
Lead and guide development and technical support teams based in Poland.
Ensure alignment and efficiency of Polish teams" contributions to key project milestones.
3.Monitoring and Reporting:
Provide regular updates on project progress to French teams and stakeholders.
Identify, address, and resolve challenges to keep the project on track.
4.Quality and Compliance:
Ensure all deliverables meet the clients established quality standards.
Adhere to best practices and requirements for S4Hana migration.
Maintain compliance with the client"s security standards.
Monitor the Polish team"s competencies and manage notice periods in case of turnover.
5.Communication:
Facilitate smooth communication between different teams and stakeholders.
Organize and lead coordination meetings and workshops.
Work within international teams following agile methodologies such as Scrum, SAFe, and Kanban.
requirements-expected :
Proven experience in IT project management, specifically in ERP migration projects (preferably S4Hana).
Degree in Computer Science, Project Management, or a related field.
Strong results-oriented mindset with the ability to anticipate and escalate issues proactively.
Good understanding of business processes and S4Hana modules.
Experience in managing multicultural and international teams.
Excellent planning, organization, and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in French (C1 minimum), English, and Polish.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
