• We are seeking an SAP Project Manager to join our SAP Consulting Department. This is a senior-level position, so we expect excellent self-organization, business consulting mindset, and a proactive approach in pursuit of the goal. Additionally, the SAP Project Manager should be adept at navigating the C-level management environment. In teamwork, they should demonstrate the ability and willingness to share knowledge, including expertise in team productivity, quality communication, and time management.

• Working in our SAP Consulting Department as the implementation project manager
• Being responsible for all aspects of project management, including scope definition, requirements gathering, detailed project discovery, planning, monitoring and controlling, risk management through to successful launch and post-go live adoption
• Defining the project’s objectives and overseeing quality control throughout its life cycle
• Management of project phases from initiation through discovery, planning, executing, monitoring, controlling, formal closing, and preparing for Post-Project Review
• Ongoing collaboration with the implementation team and project stakeholders
• Assisting less experienced project managers in their daily project management challenges; consulting on various solutions and approaches
• Active participation in project managers meetings and executive team on C-level
• A proactive approach in seeking new solutions and taking initiative in process improvements
• Providing support with your experience to other project managers in overcoming project impediment and ensuring high-quality team communication

• Extensive experience in SAP project management, with a strong track record of successful project delivery across multiple methodologies, including both waterfall and agile approaches
• Proven ability to deliver complex projects in an international environment, effectively managing enterprise system configuration, operational readiness, and cross-functional teams
• Hands-on experience in SAP project cutover phases, with the ability to independently lead a full cutover process in commercial projects – MUST HAVE
• Strong focus on integrating all project components, including scope, time, cost, quality, resources, communication, risks, procurement, and stakeholders, to achieve both business and technical objectives
• Solid technical expertise in project execution, including product development, IT operations, interfaces, and workflows
• Proficient knowledge of project management methodologies and tools, such as SolMan, MS Project, JIRA, Azure DevOps, and SAP Activate
• Advanced MS Excel skills (e.g., pivot tables, slicers, formulas) and overall proficiency in MS Office tools
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, including experience reporting project status and negotiating at C-level
• Team management proficiency, with experience in agile methodologies, team facilitation, and fostering collaboration
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and manage complex tasks with strong analytical thinking and attention to detail
• Fluency in both Polish and English (C1 level), with excellent written and verbal communication skills – MUST HAVE
• Category B driving license (active)
• Willingness to travel for business purposes (up to 50% of the time)
