Responsibilities:

• Lead the SAP ECC upgrade project, ensuring timely and successful completion.
• Coordinate with various stakeholders, including FI, SC, HR, and MM module teams.
• Manage a virtual team, facilitating effective communication and collaboration.
• Plan and conduct workshops, kick-off meetings, and other essential project activities.
• Ensure project milestones are met within the stipulated timeline and budget.
• Provide regular updates and reports to senior management.

Candidate Requirements:

Must Have:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Project Manager.
• Successfully managed at least 2 SAP upgrade projects (equivalent experience may be considered).
• Fluent in English (corporate language).
• Willingness to travel occasionally to Germany and Poland for workshops, kick-off meetings, etc.

Nice to Have:

• Fluent in German (site language).
• Ability to work in a hybrid model in Warsaw.
