For our Client we are currently looking for Candidates for the position of:
SAP Production Planning (PP) Consultant (Senior)
Location: remotely + business travels
Job type: B2B (with Hays Poland)
Length: long-term cooperation
Rate: 180 – 250PLN/h net on B2B
Start date: ASAP
Working hours: business hours
Hybrid work model: remotely + business travels
Methodology: Scrum
Tech stack:
- SAP PP, integration with other SAP modules (MM, QM, SD, FI/CO, PM)
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage SAP PP module implementations, upgrades, enhancements, and support activities
- Analyze business requirements and translate them into effective SAP PP solutions
- Configure SAP PP processes, including:
- Material Requirements Planning (MRP)
- Production Order Management
- Work Centers & Routing
- Capacity Planning
- Demand Management
- Ensure seamless integration with other SAP modules (MM, QM, SD, FI/CO, PM)
- Collaborate with manufacturing, supply chain, and quality teams to optimize end‑to‑end production planning
- Troubleshoot and resolve SAP PP-related issues in a timely and structured manner
- Provide training, guidance, and documentation for key users and business stakeholders
- Support continuous improvement initiatives and contribute to process standardization across regions
Required Skills & Experience
- Minimum 10 years of hands-on experience in SAP PP implementation and support
- Strong understanding of production planning, shop floor execution, and manufacturing processes
- Proven experience in system configuration, testing, and solution design in the PP module
- Solid knowledge of master data (BOMs, routings, work centers, production versions)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication abilities with experience working with cross-functional teams
- Fluency in English (both verbal and written) and German – nice to have
- Experience with S/4HANA PP is an advantage
