We are seeking a dedicated SAP Process and Sales Support Specialist to join our team. By basing on your expertise in IT systems and applications, you will play a key role in evaluating and recommending improvements to reduce costs, introduce upgrades in the systems, as well as implementing and monitoring ongoing IT systems and processes.
responsibilities :
Cooperate with IT departments to create, develop, and evaluate IT solutions, system requirements, and scope of services with system providers. Advise on process design.
Implement changes on IT systems, check functionality, carry out pilots and tests, and evaluate expected results.
Support in estimating necessary resources, budgets, and capacities.
Lead projects for new tools and new requirements from a digital perspective.
Develop and implement monitoring and security measures required for operations.
Provide training and user support during new tool implementation and operations, including designing, planning, and implementing training activities and documentation.
Maintain regular communication with departmental organization across different hierarchies.

Several years of relevant experience
Experience with different IT systems / applications
Market knowledge and understanding of AA business model
Order-to-cash system and process know-how
Familarity with SAP
Knowledge of EU standard process definition
Logistical background knowledge
Technical and Analytical skills
Strong Communication and collaboration skills
Customer interaction and negotiation skills
Fluency both in English and French languages
