responsibilities :
Provide ongoing support and maintenance for SAP PP master data (materials, BOMs, routings, work centers)
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to production orders and scheduling
Support end users in daily operations — from order creation and release to confirmation and capacity planning
Analyze existing PP workflows, identify inefficiencies, and propose system or process improvements
Generate and adapt reports tracking production KPIs, order status, and resource utilization
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Manufacturing, Logistics, IT) to ensure smooth production operations
requirements-expected :
Strong knowledge of SAP PP master data and transactional processes
Experience in supporting production order management and scheduling
Ability to analyze and improve existing PP processes
Familiarity with reporting tools and production-related KPIs
Proficiency in English and German (minimum B1 level) - communication with German-speaking stakeholders is part of the daily work
Self-motivation, problem-solving mindset, and good communication skills
