Job Description:

• Conduct business analysis to improve PLM and innovation processes.
• Translate business needs into technical specifications for SAP solutions.
• Design and optimize master data architecture, including Material, BOM, and Routing.
• Ensure smooth integration of PLM and ERP systems.
• Act as Technical Application Owner, ensuring system functionality and compliance.
• Lead the implementation, testing, and rollout of SAP-based applications.
• Stay informed on SAP innovations and recommend best practices.

Qualifications:

• IT Business Analyst experience, including SAP PLM skills.
• Strong expertise in SAP S/4HANA, MDG, and master data management.
• Deep understanding of product development and innovation processes.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
• Fluent in English, with a proactive and user-focused mindset.
• Certifications in SAP or business analysis are highly desirable.
