We are looking for a Senior SAP Solution Architect with expertise in planning processes and SAP solutions (APO, IBP, PPDS, S/4HANA) to lead and coordinate end-to-end planning initiatives. This role requires a strategic thinker and strong leader who can align teams, optimize supply chain planning, and drive successful project execution.

Project scope:
- Oversee and optimize Demand Planning, Supply Planning, Production Planning, and MRP, ensuring efficiency and best practices
- Lead and align teams between companies, ensuring smooth collaboration and shared objectives
- Design and oversee SAP planning solutions, ensuring they meet business requirements and integrate effectively
- Act as a key liaison between teams contributing to or receiving outputs from the planning stream, ensuring seamless communication
- Monitor project status, follow up on key tasks, and proactively address challenges to keep implementation on track. documentation for software functionality, libraries, and APIs
Requirements:
- Strong expertise in SAP planning solutions - Hands-on experience with APO, IBP, PPDS, or S/4HANA at an architectural level
- Very good overall understanding of planning processes from Demand Planning, Supply Planning, Production Planning and MRP
- Proven leadership and stakeholder management skills -Ability to align teams, drive collaboration, and ensure project success
- Strong lead qualities for leading the team (both sides) and understanding the business
- Cross-functional understanding and coordination between teams giving input to the planning stream or taking outputs from this stream
- Deep understanding of how planning integrates with other business functions and technical teams
- Clear, structured communication in English (at least B2+)
