Play a critical role in change management, maintenance, troubleshooting, and optimization of SAP Payroll systems,
Support the accurate and timely processing of payroll for employees across multiple jurisdictions,
Effectively communicate with clients to ensure smooth operations and address any issues,
Follow all applicable client and regulatory requirements for data protection and compliance,
Identify, design, and execute continuous improvement activities.
requirements-expected :
University degree,
Experience in German Payroll Operations,
Proficiency in English allowing for fluent communication both verbal and written,
Experience in SAP HR & Payroll module,
Familiarity with the Workday system,
Analytical skills, attention to details, energetic and proactive approach to achieving goals, team working skills, good work organization.
