Your responsibilities:

1. Delivering exceptional service and solutions across the SAP P2P
2. Streamlining the functionality of SAP P2P to improve/optimize and implement performance for business teams
3. Ensure a smooth operation of the procurement and logistics IT applications for the company
4. Support and consulting of internal business units and customers in procurement activity
5. Consistent communication with users, business analysts, and IT teams, developing and managing Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
6. Developing new P2P functionality and enhancements
7. Automating processes and continuous improvement initiatives in SAP P2P
8. Working with Business Process Owners and stakeholders in understanding their needs, identifying gaps, improving effectiveness continuously, prioritizing requirements and issues within the SAP P2P processes
9. Driving analysis of impact to Procure of requested changes – request of change process
10. Responsible for the creation of quality solution documentation, including Functional specifications
11. Responsible for the Configuration/build of SAP S/4HANA P2P solutions
12. Expert in SAP S/4HANA P2P and integrated modules/products
13. Participate in design discussions with clients and lead design and process discussions
14. Detailing of the technical specifications required to deliver the functional requirements of the solution
15. Responsible for issue resolution post go-live and transition to support

Your profile:

1. Ability to perform in a workstream lead role, organizing, mentoring, and providing quality assurance on deliverables
2. Able to manage the implementation of approved changes and formally document processes, procedures, and user guides
3. Understanding Level 2 and 3 support requirements
4. Knowledge of ITIL processes
5. Languages: English (required), German (desirable), Polish (desirable)
