As SAP transitions to a cloud-first model (RISE with SAP, GROW with SAP, SAP BTP), we are expanding our team with professionals who combine traditional SAP Basis knowledge with cloud expertise.
Our clients are geographically dispersed in Scandinavia and the Baltic countries and are primarily active in the retail, wholesale, telecommunications, e- commerce, and manufacturing industries.

responsibilities :
Manage and support traditional SAP Basis tasks for on-premise landscapes.
Operate within certified PCoE frameworks to ensure compliance and high service quality.
Support cloud-based SAP solutions including RISE with SAP and GROW with SAP (SaaS).
Work with SAP BTP to enable integrations, extensions, and efficient operations across hybrid environments.
Support customers transitioning from SAP Solution Manager to SAP Cloud ALM (CALM).
Collaborate with hyperscaler environments (AWS, Azure, GCP) to ensure smooth operation and optimization of SAP landscapes.
Participate in a cross-border operations team supporting global customers 24/7 (oncall rotations may apply).
requirements-expected :
Strong hands-on experience with SAP Basis administration for on-premise systems.
Understanding of modern SAP SaaS offerings, including RISE with SAP, GROW with SAP, and how these impact operations.
Familiarity with or certified in SAP BTP and understanding its role in SAP’s ecosystem.
Experience with SAP Cloud ALM or eager to grow in this area as Solution Manager is phased out.
Comfortable working in public cloud environments (AWS, Azure, GCP).
Excellent communication skills in English and ability to work in a remote-first, international team.
Relevant SAP certifications are a strong advantage.
