Manage SAP applications and platform services across multiple landscapes, with a strong focus on SAP Basis and cloud environments
Ensure smooth and stable operation of SAP systems for LGBS in close cooperation with LGBS IT teams in Germany & external infrastructure and service providers
Design and implement SAP system architectures, including system management functions, security concepts, PaaS-based and cloud-native solutions
Take ownership of cloud platforms and integrations, especially: SAP BTP, SAP Integration Suite (CPI), SAP Cloud Connector
Continuously monitor interfaces and automated processes with regard to availability and integrity & performance and optimal resource usage
Translate customer and business requirements into IT concepts, specifications, and decision papers
Act as 2nd-level support for SAP technology topics in Cracow: solve issues locally where possible & coordinate and steer service providers when required
Steer and manage external IT service providers, ensuring quality, compliance, and SLA fulfillment
Support and occasionally lead IT and platform-related projects, including planning, coordination, and execution
Design and support cloud-based archiving and content management architectures
Conduct and support technical trainings and knowledge sharing within the team
Perform all other duties assigned or delegated by supervisors
requirements-expected :
Academic degree in Business Administration, Business Informatics, Informatics, or a comparable field
3+ years of hands-on experience in supporting and managing SAP environments, including SAP S/4HANA, SAP ECC, SAP BW, SAP SRM, SAP BTP
5+ years of experience in steering and managing external IT service providers
Strong experience in SAP system architecture and technology, Cloud and PaaS environments, SAP security concepts
Good understanding of data flows, interfaces, and end-to-end processes
Solid project management skills and experience working in complex IT landscapes
Strong analytical and conceptual skills, with high attention to quality and detail
Planning and organizational talent
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to precisely analyze and structure complex situations
Flexibility, cultural awareness, and an entrepreneurial mindset
Willingness to continuously learn and adopt new technologies
Very good command of English (spoken and written)
Knowledge of IT security and data encryption, ITIL processes, IT demand and PaaS demand management
Must possess permit to work in Poland
