Job Description:

ZF Group is looking for an initiative and motivated individual to join our IT Corporate Finance team as an SAP Consultant & Developer. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in coordinating & implementing tasks related to our ERP Template Program, with a specific emphasis on Corporate Finance functions, e.g., Payment Execution via our Banking Applications, Inhouse Cash processing, Treasury & Risk Management.

Your responsibilities will include the design/conception, development, and testing of SAP & partially non-SAP related functionalities, as well as evaluating innovative technologies to drive digitalization in the finance department. You will cooperate with multiple IT and financial teams to provide upscale support and expert advice on functional, methodological, and process-oriented solutions to our business environment.

Tasks:

• Coordination tasks on the ERP Template Program related to Corporate Finance topics
• Participation in Process Team meetings
• Collection and analysis of requirements from the Corporate Finance (Treasury) business department, as well as advice on functional, methodological, and process-oriented solutions
• Support on business concepts
• Conception and development of IT concepts for the further development of the system landscape (functions, processes, workflows, data structures, roles)
• Programming extensions and programs (mainly ABAP), as well as participation in the selection of software components
• Testing created programs, processes, and system functions
• Advice and training for departments regarding performance and optimal use of processes and functions during ongoing operations
• Evaluation of innovative technologies to support digitalization in the finance department, as well as coordination of comprehensive and international projects in the context of digital finance

Profile:

• Completed studies in business informatics or a comparable field
• Know-how in the area of SAP Finance, e.g., accounting, treasury, payment transactions
• ABAP proficiency and a high motivation for developing new and innovative subject areas
• Independent, systematic way of working and conceptual thinking with a high ability to structure complex issues
• A high degree of initiative and enjoyment of working in a team in an international environment
• Good knowledge of spoken and written English
