Overview

We are looking for an experienced Operations Manager with strong expertise in SAP Industry Solutions (IS) for Defence & Supply Chain. The role involves designing and managing Distribution & Supply (D&S) processes, configuring procurement and inventory workflows, and integrating SAP modules such as SD, FI, and EWM. This is a long-term opportunity for a professional who can ensure efficient and compliant operations in a Defence environment.

Responsibilities

• Design and manage D&S processes tailored for Defence operations
• Configure and optimize procurement workflows and inventory management in SAP
• Integrate SAP modules including SD (Sales & Distribution), FI (Financial Accounting), and EWM (Extended Warehouse Management)
• Ensure compliance with Defence-specific requirements and industry standards
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver efficient and secure SAP solutions

Requirements

• Proven experience in SAP IS (preferably Defence or similar regulated industries)
• Strong knowledge of procurement, inventory, and logistics processes
• Hands‑on experience with SD, FI, and EWM integration
• Excellent problem‑solving and process optimization skills
• Ability to work in a high-security, mission‑critical environment
