• Lead and support the implementation and configuration of SAP IS-H and ISH-MED modules.
• Ensure seamless integration with other SAP modules such as FI/CO, MM, and SD.
• Conduct workshops with healthcare clients to gather and analyze business requirements.
• Translate business needs into functional specifications and system designs.
• Configure and test IS-H and ISH-MED components including clinical workstation, service management, CPOE, eMAR, pharmacy, and vital signs.
• Develop and execute data migration strategies, cutover plans, and testing phases (SIT and UAT).
• Manage incidents and problems, ensuring timely resolution and documentation.

• In-depth knowledge of SAP IS-H and ISH-MED architecture.
• Experience integrating with laboratory and radiology systems.
• Proficiency in SMART UI and clinical documentation workflows.
• Strong ABAP debugging and enhancement capabilities.
• Familiarity with SAP ECC6 and S/4HANA environments.
• Understanding of healthcare compliance and data privacy regulations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, particularly in clinical and hospital settings.
• Ability to work independently and lead functional workstreams within broader transformation programs.
