Responsibilities

• Support operating departments during elaboration of necessary changes of processes and organizational structures
• Inform key users about new functionalities and releases
• Quality assurance and IT internal testing
• Support integration with other modules and applications
• Second Level Support and higher
• Create development requests for the respective module
• Create and support technical documents
• Project management for selected projects
• Full implementation cycle

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in SAP PP module and first experience in QM module
• Experience in SAP modules such as PM, SD, MM and WMS is an advantage
• General SAP process knowledge with focus on production and logistics and secondary processes and interfaces is required
• Experience with MES systems and ABAP knowledge is a big plus
• Strong communication skills and solution-oriented approach
• Very good English skills (German would be a benefit but not required)
