Responsibilities:

1. Lead and facilitate discovery and scoping sessions with clients
2. Understand client’s business processes and suggest best practices for implementation
3. Participate in all stages of the project lifecycle, from definition, requirements gathering, designing, developing, testing, and go-live
4. Configure and customize SAP Integrated Business Planning (IBP) modules as per client requirements
5. Assist in data mapping, data migration and integration activities
6. Prepare Functional design documents, test cases, and user manuals
7. Coordinate with technical team and assist in designing and developing interfaces, conversions, and enhancements
8. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful delivery of the solution
9. Provide training to end-users and prepare end-user training material
10. Provide post go-live support to users and solve any issues arising after implementation

1. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field
2. Previous experience in SAP IBP functional consultancy is required
3. Proven experience in implementing SAP IBP and deep understanding of Supply Chain Processes
4. Strong knowledge of SAP IBP modules like Demand, Supply, and Inventory
5. Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work under tight deadlines
6. Able to work independently and part of a team
7. SAP IBP Certification is a plus
