Tasks: Conducting business and system requirements analysis to ensure effective implementation and migration of HR systems Designing and executing a comprehensive data migration strategy, including planning, testing, and optimizing processes Working closely with business and IT teams to ensure smooth, consistent, and efficient implementation Monitoring project progress, identifying potential risks, and proposing mitigating solutions to ensure project success Maintaining and optimizing HR systems after implementation, including managing upgrades, patches, and system improvements Implementing integration solutions between various HR systems, learning systems, payroll platforms, and other business applications Our requirements: 5 years' experience working with HR systems, including at least 3 years' experience in system implementations Certifications related to the implementation of HR systems Knowledge of HR business processes and demonstrated best practices in HR systems implementation Experience working with large data sets and managing data migration, including the use of ETL tools Experience working in Scrum methodology Familiarity with tools such as JIRA, Confluence, and Enterprise Architect Strong communication and organizational skills Good written and spoken English Experience with SAP SuccessFactors will be a significant asset
