responsibilities :


  • Analyze business requirements and translate them into SAP HR/HCM solutions
  • Configure and maintain core modules such as Personnel Administration, Organizational Management, Time Management, Payroll, and Benefits
  • Oversee HR master data quality and ensure smooth and compliant HR processes
  • Provide daily functional support, resolve system incidents, and troubleshoot technical issues
  • Participate in system upgrades, process automation initiatives, and improvements in HR reporting
  • Prepare and maintain system documentation, configuration notes, and user manuals
  • Deliver training and guidance to HR Business Partners and end users
  • Contribute to the design and roadmap of the organization’s migration to SAP SuccessFactors
  • Ensure adherence to internal standards, data privacy regulations, and local labor law requirements
  • Collaborate with global HR and IT teams as well as external vendors

requirements-expected :


  • Degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Business Information Systems, or a related discipline
  • At least 5 years of practical experience in SAP HR/HCM configuration and support (ECC on-premise)
  • Strong knowledge of HR processes including payroll and time management
  • Hands-on experience in at least one end-to-end SAP HR implementation
  • Previous involvement in SAP SuccessFactors projects (implementation, integration, or data migration) is highly beneficial
  • Good understanding of HR authorizations, data protection, and system security
  • Familiarity with SAP HCM integration points (FI/CO, PP/PE, MM)
  • Experience with HR reporting tools such as SAP Query or ABAP-based reports
  • Excellent analytical skills and a structured, detail-oriented approach
  • Fluency in English
