Our client’s SAP practice in Poland delivers complex advisory and transformation engagements for organisations across a wide range of industries. The team supports clients in the end-to-end digital transformation of the HR function, leveraging SAP SuccessFactors as a core platform for modern Human Capital Management.

By combining deep business insight with strong technological expertise, the team helps organisations design, implement and optimise scalable, future-ready HR operating models that drive efficiency, compliance and workforce performance. 

What we expect from you

• Strong knowledge of the SAP HR domain
• Participation in at least 3 full-cycle SAP SuccessFactors implementations in a consultant role
• In-depth expertise in at least one SAP SuccessFactors module (e.g. Employee Central, Recruiting, Payroll), including hands-on experience in:
  • system configuration
  • data migrations
  • system integrations
  • Communicative level of English, both written and spoken
  • Strong analytical skills with a solution-oriented mindset
  • Experience in business process modelling
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team
  • Experience in facilitating workshops, both internal and client-facing
